We’ll work together to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, uncovering the deeper patterns that may be holding you back.
This isn’t about quick solutions—it’s about gaining insight, clarity, and a stronger sense of who you are. Over time, this understanding can bring lasting emotional relief and more confidence in yourself and your choices. My sessions are open-ended, you can have as many or as few as you would like, and we will discuss this at your first session. Sessions through Insurance companies will be dependent on the number authorised.
